A. Hebrew Study Tools

  1. Hebrew Materials
    • Hebrew Old Testament Manuscript
    • KJV with Strong's Concordance Numbering
      • Included within this KJV Old Testament are all the Strong's numbers for the original Hebrew text. Each number is tagged to its English equivalent within the Bible text. The Strongs numbers within the text are also linked to their respective definitions. This allows for a more user-friendly environment while pursuing Hebrew studies.
    • Hebrew Old Testament Word Maps
      • These Word Maps outline all of the Strong's numbering for the Hebrew OT in a user-friendly format. Its intended to be used as a side-by-side reference with the Hebrew Tanach, so as to allow you to see what a particular definition is for a Hebrew word or phrase.
      • Note ~ The Hebrew Tanach reads right to left, while the Hebrew Word Maps read left to right.
    • Hebrew Word Index
      • This Hebrew tool is basically a quick reference Strong's Concordance. It lists all of the Hebrew words used in the Old Testament in alphabetical order and gives you a concise definition of each Hebrew word.

  2. How to use Hebrew Tools
    • Hebrew Old Testament Manuscript
      • Whether you are fluent in ancient Hebrew or just a beginner, you will find Verse Master's Hebrew Tools to be a great benefit to your Bible study. The various study tools were designed to make studying Hebrew an easier task. In any given chapter of Verse Master's Hebrew Tanach, you will find several study aids all clustered near the top of the page. This allows you to quickly reference anyone of the tools, without having to scroll all the way down the page. Each tool has been listed and described in this Help page to give you a better understanding of how to maximize your study of Hebrew.
    • KJV w/ Strong's Concordance
      • The Strong's numbers within the text are also linked to their respective definitions. This allows you to access Strong's definitions simply by clicking on a Strong's number link. When selecting one of the numbers, you will see another smaller window pop-up with the definition. The main functionality of this tool is simply faster access to Strong's numbering definitions.

B. Greek Study Tools

  1. Greek Materials
    • Greek NT Manuscript with Strong's Concordance Linking
    • Robertson's NT Word Pictures
      • One of two Greek lexicons included with Verse Master Standard Edition. In this lexicon alone there are four volumes of Greek word and phraseology study. Much of Greek New Testament is covered in this work.
    • Vincent's NT Word Studies
      • What isn't covered in Robertson's NT Word Pictures is probably covered here. This Greek study lexicon is also rather large and has a format quite similar to Robertson's lexicon. With these two lexicons, and the Strong's Concordance, how could you go wrong?
    • Greek Word Index
      • This Greek tool is basically a quick reference Strong's Concordance. It lists all of the Greek words used in the New Testament in alphabetical order and gives you a concise definition of each Greek word.

    • How to use Greek Tools
      • Greek NT Manuscript with Strong's Concordance Linking
        • Verse Master has approximately 9 volumes of Greek study tools. For a quick definition of any given Greek word, use either the Greek Word Index, or use the pop-up Strong's definitions within the Greek New Testament. If you are interested in a more in depth interpretation of a Greek word or phrase in scripture, refer to the correlating Robertson and/or Vincent Lexicons for that chapter of the Bible.
      • Vincent's & Robertson's NT Word Studies
        • These books were formatted so as to follow the Bible's chapter scheme. This allowed us to correlate all 1189 chapters of the Bible to both lexicons.
