By combining a custom fiberglass lay-up with a specially designed EPS foam layer, Bell engineers were able to craft a motorcycle helmet that is at once lightweight, narrow in profile, and DOT-compliant. Adding custom paint-inspired graphics, chrome trim work and a quilted liner, the Bell Custom 500 Motorcycle Helmet looks as good as it performs. Custom fiberglass shell. Custom-quilted liner.
