Converts rust to inert black coating Apply by brushing or spraying. Adheres directly to rusty steel. Minimal prep required Can be topcoated with most coatings. Topcoat with Eastwood Rust Encapsulator for even greater durability. Eastwood's Rust Converter halts residual rust in its tracks and converts the surface to a black protective polymeric coating. This protective coating seals out moisture and can be top coated with most paints. This single component converter can be sprayed or brush applied. One quart covers about 50 to 75 square feet. Directions: Please read entire label before using this products. Use Eastwood's PRE to remove all residual grease and oils for surface to be treated.
