The hammock is made of 100-percent polyester taffeta, with 3x stitching on all stress points. The Skeeter Beeter's no-see-um mesh keeps mosquitoes out. As a result, the hammock maxes out at 250 pounds--enough for one adult or a couple of kids. In addition, you don't need to sleep with the netting if you find it uncomfortable. Simply flip the hammock onto its backside and it turns into a traditional hammock. The remainder of the time, however, the fine mosquito netting acts as a comfortable cocoon, shielding you from nasty bugs and pesky crawlers.
