6mm High Polish Tungsten Carbide Ring Wedding Band with Abalone Inlay Size 6: Jewelry. Our tungsten is hypoallergenic and with the infused carbon (carbide) it is virtually impossible to scratch or nick. This tungsten carbide band features an abalone center inlay, which encircles the entire band. The incrustations found on the natural abalone shell provide an iridescent swirl of intense colors which can be seen as the light refracts within the crystallized layers. Keep in mind that although tungsten carbide is impossible to scratch, the overlay/inlay layer may be susceptible to the elements.
