Named after the German mathematician August Mobius, the shape of the bracelet represents a plane without end or one of infinite length. Over time, it became accepted as the symbol for infinity -- perfect for the inscription of the Serenity Prayer. 1/4 inch at widest point, 8 3/8 inch around fits most.
