A permanent gold-tone filter keeps even the finest grounds from sneaking through to a coffee cup and eliminates the need for buying paper filters. Using the dial on the top of the coffeemaker, you can adjust the coffee’s strength to personal preference. The espresso function starts up quickly without much advanced preparation and has two filter holders--one that uses ground espresso and another that uses coffee pods.
