The stick is reuseable. 1. Pierce the filter on the Filter Stick inch approx. 1 cm (3/8) across the opening. 2. Open up the filter on the Filter Stick. 3. Place the Filter Stick inch across the rim of the mug/cup. Add the desired amount of tea. 4. Pour hot water through the filter. 5. Wait for the tea to steep. Discard the spent tea-leaves and filter.
