Oktoberfest is Germanys festival beer. We use a blend of Light, Amber, and wheat dry malt extracts to produce a bright copper color lager with a creamy white head. This beer is nicely balanced with a traditional blend of Hallertauer, Hersbrucker, and Tettnanger hops. This is one of our personal favorites for introducing new people to fine homebrew.
