Condition your glassware right at the point of dispense to instantly improve the quality of your draft! Simply invert the glass and push down on the sprayer for easy cold water rinsing. Wetted glass improves the pour and encourages head retention, and the cold temperature of the water helps to cool the glass. Your tower can even mount right to the seamless stainless steel drip tray for maximum efficiency! Add a cool European flair to your system and put your bar ahead of its competitors! Choose the size that best fits your tower. You'll have to install a water line, so make sure to check your local plumbing codes! * Made of tough 18 gauge stainless steel with full plywood under support * Properly conditions glassware at the point of dispense for a better draft beer experience * Draft tower can mount directly to the tray to eliminate coring of the countertop (you must bore holes, tray does not come with a hole drilled) *You Will Also Need to Install*: * In-line water regulator set at 30 PSI from the street water supply * In-line one way check valve (prevents pressure drop which can cause leaking) * In-line shut-off for the rinser system (this must be turned off nightly) * 45 1/2 inch O.D. barb for the drains, if line is not hard plumbed into the system.
