Product Description
Hanna Instruments HI 1331B Combination Electrode, For Flasks and Vials: Industrial & Scientific. Hanna Instruments holds many firsts in the field of analytical instrumentation, including a pH electrode with a built-in temperature sensor, an electronic pocket-sized pH tester, and a replaceable electrode pH pocket tester. The HI 1331B is a pH electrode with a Bayonet Neill-Concelma (BNC) connector. The electrode is made from glass and filled with a KCl 3.5M electrolyte. The junction is made from ceramic, and it is a single reference Ag/AgCl electrode. The electrode has a range of 0 to 13 pH, 5 to 100 degrees C (23 to 212 degrees F), maximum pressure is 0.1 bar, and it comes with a coaxial 1 m (3.3’) cable. Flow rate is 15-20 uL/H and dimensions are 210 mm (length) by 7.5 mm (spherical tip diameter) by 8 mm (end widths). pH electrodes are used for measuring the pH of a substance. They are often constructed of glass, which senses hydrogen ions, and generates a millivoltage that is picked up by the filling solution and transferred to a wire that connects to the pH meter. Hanna Instruments manufactures a wide variety of analytical instrumentation, including pH meters, multi-parameter meters, electrodes, chemical reagents, and buffer solutions. Founded in 1978, Hanna is headquartered in Woonsocket, RI, with subsidiaries in 32 countries. To ensure the quality of its products, Hanna is a vertically integrated manufacturer and does not subcontract any part of its manufacturing.
