Product Description
Hanna Instruments FC 201D Food and Dairy pH Electrode, with 7-Pin Din Connector: Industrial & Scientific. Hanna Instruments holds many firsts in the field of analytical instrumentation, including a pH electrode with a built-in temperature sensor, an electronic pocket-sized pH tester, and a replaceable electrode pH pocket tester. The HI 201D is a pH electrode with a seven-pin Deutsches Institut für Normung (DIN) connector. The electrode has a 6 x 10 mm conical tip, and is filled with a viscolene electrolyte. It is a single reference Ag/AgCl electrode, with an open junction to prevent clogging. It has a single reference Ag/AgCl electrode, with a single junction, and the body of the electrode is constructed of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) for durability. The electrode has a range of 0 to 12 pH, 0 to 50 degrees C (32 to 122 degrees F) and maximum pressure is 0.1 bar. It comes with a coaxial 1 m (3.3’) cable. Dimensions are 6 mm (tip width) by 10 mm (tip length) by 75 mm (length). pH electrodes are used for measuring the pH of a substance. They are often constructed of glass, which senses hydrogen ions, and generates a millivoltage that is picked up by the filling solution and transferred to a wire that connects to the pH meter. Hanna Instruments manufactures a wide variety of analytical instrumentation, including pH meters, multi-parameter meters, electrodes, chemical reagents, and buffer solutions. Founded in 1978, Hanna is headquartered in Woonsocket, RI, with subsidiaries in 32 countries. To ensure the quality of its products, Hanna is a vertically integrated manufacturer and does not subcontract any part of its manufacturing.
