Product Description
Hanna Instruments HI 935007N Waterproof Thermocouple Thermometer, with Direct K-Type Probe, -50.0 to 199.9 degrees C; 200 to 1350 degrees C or 58.0 to 399.9 degrees F; 400 to 2462 degrees F, + or - 2% F.S.: Industrial & Scientific. Hanna Instruments holds many firsts in the field of analytical instrumentation, including a pH electrode with a built-in temperature sensor, an electronic pocket-sized pH tester, and a replaceable electrode pH pocket tester. The HI 935007N is a handheld micro-processor-based thermometer with a K-type probe for taking temperature measurements across a wide range. The meter has a large LCD screen for readability, and the user can choose between Celsius or Fahrenheit units. The meter performs a self-check to ensure proper functioning and battery life upon start-up, has a damaged-probe indicator, and automatically shuts off after 8 or 60 minutes of non-use (function can also be disabled) . Temperature range is -50.0 to 199.9 degrees C; 200 to 1350 degrees C or 58.0 to 399.9 degrees F; 400 to 2462 degrees F, + or – 2% F.S. (for 1 year, excluding probe error). Resolution is 0.1 degrees up to 199.9 degrees C or 399.9 degrees, and automatically changes to 1.0 degrees above these temperatures. The device operates on three 1.5 V batteries which provide approximately 2000 hours of use. Dimensions are 150 x 80 x 36 mm (5.9 x 3.1 x 1.4) with weight 235 g (8.3 oz.). Hanna Instruments manufactures a wide variety of analytical instrumentation, including pH meters, multi-parameter meters, electrodes, chemical reagents, and buffer solutions. Founded in 1978, Hanna is headquartered in Woonsocket, RI, with subsidiaries in 32 countries. To ensure the quality of its products, Hanna is a vertically integrated manufacturer and does not subcontract any part of its manufacturing.
