The 700-watt unit delivers up to 22,000 RPMs and should be set to standard speed for most fruits and vegetables, or high speed for hard-skinned or tough foods. The machine accommodates anything from pineapples, melons, apples, oranges, and grapes to tomatoes, celery stalks, cucumbers, carrots, spinach, and more. Fresh produce contains the most juice, and only thick peels need to be removed--thin peels or skins can be left on. Thoughtfully designed, the electric juicer features a surgical-steel juicing blade, a metal filter, a juice collector with both spout and no-drip cap options, a removable pulp container, automatic shut-off, and suction cups to ensure sturdy placement on a table or countertop. For enhanced safety, the juicer will only function if all parts have been properly assembled and the lid has been properly locked in place with the clamps.
