The unit's stain-resistant, non-abrasive Silicone head resists odor and flavor absorption and can withstand heat up to 482 degrees F (250 degrees C). And thanks to the flexible grooved design of the Silicone head, it's just as easy to add a drizzle of rare Black Sage to hot tea as it is to add a generous portion of Winter White to a sweet dessert recipe. Another thoughtful detail includes the hanging hole at the end of the handle for space-saving storage when not in use. The wood handle is not dishwasher-safe and should be washed by hand only.
