Product Description
Mid10LTCB8:Non-Contct Sensr 10:1 Optics 8m Cable Selectable 4-20mA/0-20mA J/K T/C Or 5 Volt Output: Industrial & Scientific. Economical price and easy installation make it ideal for pacing at multiple points along the process. Precision infrared temperature measurement has been used for years to increase productivity, reduce costs and improve product quality. Microfabrication techniques have allowed us to reduce the size and cost of our sensors-bringing the benefits of this technology to a new group of users. Designed for a wide range of applications where the target temperature is in the -40°F to 1,112°F (-40°C to 600°C) range, the sensor is housed in a rugged stainless steel enclosure to ensure long term performance, even in harsh industrial environments with ambient temperatures up to 356°F (180°C) without cooling. Although the unit is small in size, it still has the features you need, with 1% accuracy, 10:1 optics and user selectable output signals (RS232 standard). These economical infrared sensors are used in applications where the high temperature of the target could damage or destroy a contact sensor. Sensors include a compact sensing head and separate electronics connected by a 3-ft cable. NEMA 4 (IP65) housing protects both the sensor and electronics. The sensor is housed in rugged stainless steel; electronics are housed in die-cast zinc. Sensors have the features of larger infrared temperature measurement systems-adjustable emissivity, peak hold, valley hold, and averaging capabilities. Adjust these features using the 5-digit LCD. Select from 2:1 to 10:1 distant-to-target size ratios.
