Pin Lock - 5 Gallon Reconditioned Keg: Everything Else. Most kegs from our new supplier have stickers on them and have not had extensive cleaning to the outside of the keg. Perfect for your kegging your homebrew, cider, or soda! These soda kegs have been cleaned with a caustic soda rinse. Caustic cleaner does have a sweet smell to it - similar to sprite or 7-UP. At one-quarter the price of a new keg, these are a fantastic value!These kegs have been pressure tested before leaving our store, and so are capable of holding pressure. If necessary, we replace the lid o-ring and outer post o-rings. If you are concerned about the condition of the o-rings those may be purchased separately. It's a good idea to have an extra set on hand in the event that any of the o-rings tear during use.Note: we have a new supplier of soda kegs. As with most used inch soda kegs we recommend that you thoroughly clean the keg inside and out.
