Wusthof Classic 2-3/4-Inch Peeling Knife: Kitchen & Dining. With this newer precision, the knives are made sharper to 14 degrees per side for a total of 28 degrees. Easily peel the skin off of fruits and vegetables with help from this 2-3/4-inch peeling knife by Wusthof. The knife's pointed tip makes it simple to access small spaces, while its curved blade allows for neatly following the contours of apples, kiwi, pears, and other produce.
