Loft Bed Plans - full color plans available online for Twin, Twin Long, Full, Queen and King size. Our beds are rock solid, designed by a structural engineer, and require a very basic knowledge of woodworking to assemble. Loftbeds designed for adults - great for everyone! Our loftbeds can support the weight of TWO adults on any size loftbed we offer - this is important because most loftbed plans sold on ebay have an age and or size limit for the user. The exact same design structure we use is good for bunkbeds, twin, twin long, full, queen, and king sizes - we simply have to increase the width but the design is the same. Wood & Bolts: Our plans tell you exactly what wood lengths to buy, bolts needed and suggestions for buying the wood efficiently (buying longer boards and having the home improvement store cut in half for you), you can have the home improvement store cut all the wood for you as well. Approximate wood cost is $110 for Twin and the bolts are $25. Tools required will be a saw to cut the wood or have the home improvement store do it, a drill with 1/8 inch bit and a standard socket set. Our ladders are built in. Free standing & structurally sound: Our loftbeds have never been rejected by any University Housing department. We even offer free phone support if you need a bit of helpful advice. Guardrail's, shelf, X-braces, built-in ladder: These are just some of the features standard - guardrail's are removable - you will probably need only one side if loftbed is against wall, shelf does NOT overhang mattress - eliminating banging your head, X-braces offer TRUE structural strength, ladder - is built into one side of loftbed for strength, space savings, and it can't be accidently moved. Total cost of our Loft Bed plans are $5 - $.51 for the plans and $4.49 for the STANDARD Shipping - this is because Amazon has to charge shipping - since we email you the link we have adjusted our normally $5 plan fee so that you pay only $5.
