Panasonic FV-08VKML2 WhisperGreen CFM Premium Ceiling Mounted Continuous and Spot Ventilation Fan with SmartAction Motion Sensor and Light: Home Improvement. This fan has a .3 sone level. Panasonic's WhisperGreen series is the first to incorporate a totally enclosed DC motor designed for extremely quiet, energy-efficient operation, and it's engineered for trouble-free, continuous run for several years. When faced with static pressure, the SmartFlow Optimum CFM Technology automatically increases the fan's speed to ensure that the desired CFM is actually achieved. The Panasonic FV-08VKML2 WhisperGreen CFM fan is equipped with a CustomVent Variable Speed Control that allows the fan to run continuously at a pre-set lower level of 0, 30-70 CFM that can then be elevated to a maximum of 80 CFM when the switch is turned on, or via the SmartAction Motion Sensor. The SmartAction motion sensor automatically activates whenever someone enters or leaves the room. A High/Low delay timer (adjustable from 30 seconds to 60 minutes), will then return the fan to the minimum CFM level after a period of time set by the user. This Energy Star qualified fan has a built-in damper to prevent back draft, which helps to prevent outside air from coming through the fan. One 4-watt night-light and two Energy Star qualified 18-watt flicker-free fluorescent lamps are included.
