The Queen-size set has a flannel weight of 190 grams per square meter and includes a 90-by-102-inch flat sheet, 60-by-80-inch fitted sheet, and two 20-by-30-inch pillowcases. With elastic on all sides, the fitted sheet fits snugly on mattresses up to 18 inches thick. Flat sheets and pillowcases are finished with a 4-inch, single-stitch hem. Expertly made in Portugal, the velvet flannel is crafted from 100-percent cotton that is combed during the manufacturing process, which reduces the amount of uneven fibers and leaves only the longer and stronger fibers for weaving. The flannel is napped on both sides for cozy softness and then lightly sheared on both sides to eliminate the fine hairs that make standard flannel more susceptible to pilling. The end result is that Pinzon velvet flannel is made from the most pill-resistant flannel available. Easy to care for, the sheet set is machine washable and dryable.
