With its simple, contemporary design, this twin-sized platform bed from South Shore Furniture's Libra collection can be dressed up for a guest bedroom, stylized to fit into a teenager’s bedroom, or playfully outfitted for a child’s room. The platform bed provides a supportive base for a 39-inch twin memory foam or conventional mattress. Adorned with decorative moldings and a sleek black finish, the platform bed becomes contemporary and classical bedroom décor alike. The platform bed is constructed out of laminated engineered wood and completely recycled fibers. For added safety, the platform bed features translucent rubber corners. Upon delivery, the platform bed requires adult home assembly; South Shore Furniture recommends two people assemble the bed. The platform bed also comes in full and queen sizes, and in pure white and chocolate finishes. To go with the bed, an assortment of Libra collection or complementary Cosmos collection bedroom furniture can be purchased separately. In the event of defective parts or workmanship, South Shore offers a limited five-year warranty after online product registration.
