From La Crosse Technology, the WS-9029U-IT-CAMO weather station allows users to check the indoor temperature and humidity levels, assess outdoor temperatures, and keep track of the time.A great addition to a cabin or a useful gift, the weather station receiver features cool camouflage casing. A hanging hole is provided for wall mounting, and a fold-out stand enables tabletop display. On its adjustable-contrast LCD screen, the receiver relates indoor temperatures ranging from 14.1 to 139.8 degrees F and indoor humidity levels from 1 to 99 percent. Pressing the MIN/MAX button on the receiver’s two-button interface brings up the recorded minimum and maximum temperatures and humidity levels. The receiver’s clock conveys time in either 12- or 24-hour formats. Likewise, temperatures are expressed in either Fahrenheit or Celsius degrees. To monitor outdoor temperatures, a TX25U wireless sensor and a detachable 10-foot wire probe accompany the weather station. The sensor’s mall LCD screen offers the outdoor temperature for onsite reading. Measuring outdoor temperatures from -39.8 to 139 degrees F, the sensor transmits from up to 330 feet at a 915 MHz frequency. The probe plugs into the sensor to send additional temperature readings via the weather station’s second channel. For the best results, mount the sensor in a dry, shaded area. The weather station accommodates up to three remote sensors total. A limited one-year warranty covers this product.
