ORAL ROBERT'S PRAYER MINISTRY
Located in the center of Oral Robert's University, the 200-foot Tower serves as a house of prayer. It is called "The Prayer Tower" and if you are in need, this is the place to call. Twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, this tower serves as a beacon of hope to those that are hurting. Its structure was constructed in such a fashion as to depict calvary. Its profile depicts a cross shape when seen from any side. Its observation deck represents the crown of thorns worn by Jesus as He carried the cross. The blood that was shed at Christ's death is symbolized by the Tower's red coloring. Last, the flame constructed at the top represents the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
