SEV Biblia, Chapter 19:10
Así diréis a Ezequías rey de Judá: No te engañe tu Dios en quien tú confías, para decir: Jerusalén no será entregada en mano del rey de Asiria.
Clarke's Bible Commentary - 2 Kings 19:10
Verse 10. Let not thy God in whom thou trustest] This letter is nearly the same with the speech delivered by Rab-shakeh. See 2 Kings xviii. 29.
Matthew Henry Commentary
Verses 8-19 - Prayer is the never-failing resource of the tempted Christian, whethe struggling with outward difficulties or inward foes. At the mercy-sea of his almighty Friend he opens his heart, spreads his case, lik Hezekiah, and makes his appeal. When he can discern that the glory of God is engaged on his side, faith gains the victory, and he rejoice that he shall never be moved. The best pleas in prayer are taken from God's honour. (2Ki 19:20-34)
