Y desampararé las reliquias de mi heredad, y las entregaré en manos de sus enemigos; y serán para presa y para despojo a todos sus adversarios;

Verse 14. I will forsake the remnant of mine inheritance] One part (the ten tribes) was already forsaken, and carried into captivity; the remnant (the tribe of Judah) was now about to be forsaken.
John Gill's Bible Commentary
Ver. 14. And I will forsake the remnant of mine inheritance , etc.] The whole land of Canaan was the Lord’s inheritance; ten tribes in it were already removed, only Judah with Benjamin was left, and the Lord threatens to forsake that remnant: and deliver them into the hands of their enemies, and they shall become a prey and spoil to all their enemies ; which was fulfilled in their captivity in Babylon.
Matthew Henry Commentary
Verses 10-18 - Here is the doom of Judah and Jerusalem. The words used represent the city emptied and utterly desolate, yet not destroyed thereby, but cleansed, and to be kept for the future dwelling of the Jews: forsaken yet not finally, and only as to outward privileges, for individua believers were preserved in that visitation. The Lord will cast off an professing people who dishonour him by their crimes, but never wil desert his cause on earth. In the book of Chronicles we read of Manasseh's repentance, and acceptance with God; thus we may learn no to despair of the recovery of the greatest sinners. But let none dar to persist in sin, presuming that they may repent and reform when the please. There are a few instances of the conversion of notoriou sinners, that none may despair; and but few, that none may presume.
