SEV Biblia, Chapter 24:16
Y la gloria del SEÑOR reposó sobre el monte Sinaí, y la nube lo cubrió por seis días; y al séptimo día llamó a Moisés de en medio de la nube.
Clarke's Bible Commentary - Exodus 24:16
Verse 16. And the seventh day he called] It is very likely that Moses went up into the mount on the first day of the week; and having with Joshua remained in the region of the cloud during six days, on the seventh, which was the Sabbath, God spake to him, and delivered successively to him, during forty days and forty nights, the different statutes and ordinances which are afterwards mentioned.
Matthew Henry Commentary
Verses 12-18 - A cloud covered the mount six days; a token of God's special presenc there. Moses was sure that he who called him up would protect him. Eve those glorious attributes of God which are most terrible to the wicked the saints with humble reverence rejoice in. And through faith in the atoning Sacrifice, we hope for greater honour than Moses ever enjoye on earth. Now we see through a glass darkly, but when he shall appear then face to face. This vision of God will continue with equal, if no increasing brightness of joy; not for a few days only, but throug eternity __________________________________________________________________
