And when I looked, behold the four wheels by the cherubims, one wheel by one cherub, and another wheel by another cherub: and the appearance of the wheels was as the colour of a beryl stone.

World English Bible

I looked, and behold, four wheels beside the cherubim, one wheel beside one cherub, and another wheel beside another cherub; and the appearance of the wheels was like a beryl stone.

Douay-Rheims - Ezekiel 10:9

And I saw, and behold there were four wheels by the cherubims: one wheel by one cherub, and another wheel by an- other cherub: and the appearance of the wheels was to the sight like the chrysolite stone:

And when I looked, behold the four wheels by the cherubim, one wheel by one cherub, and another wheel by another cherub: and the appearance of the wheels was as the color of a beryl stone.

VERSE (9) -
Eze 1:15-17

SEV Biblia, Chapter 10:9

Y miré, y he aquí cuatro ruedas junto a los querubines, junto a cada querubín una rueda; y el aspecto de las ruedas era como el de piedra de Tarsis.

Clarke's Bible Commentary - Ezekiel 10:9

Verse 9. The colour of a beryl
stone.] ¨y¨rt ba eben Tarshish, "the stone of Tarshish." The Vulgate translates it chrysolith; Symmachus, the jacinct; the Septuagint, the carbuncle. In the parallel place, chap. i. 16, it is ¨y¨rt y[k keeyn Tarshish, "like the eye of Tarshish;" i.e., the colour of tarshish, or the stone so called, which the Vulgate translates visio maris, "like the sea," i.e., azure. The beryl is a gem of a green colour, passing from one side into blue, on the other side into yellow. The chrysolith is also green, what is called pistachio green; but the chrysolith of the ancients was our topaz, which is of a fine wine yellow. The beryl, or chrysolith, is most likely what is here meant by tarshish. One name among the ancients served for several kinds of gems that were nearly of the same colour. The moderns go more by chemical characters than by colour.
Matthew Henry Commentary
A vision of the burning of the city. (Ezek. 10:1-7) The
Divine glor departing from the temple. (Ezek. 10:8-22)

Ezek. 10:1-7 The fire being taken from between the wheels, under the cherubim, Ezek. 1:13, seems to have signified the wrath of God to be executed upon Jerusalem. It intimated that the fire of Divine wrath which kindles judgment upon a people, is just and holy; and in the great day, the earth, and all the works that are therein, will be burn up.

Ezek. 10:8-22 Ezekiel sees the working of Divine providence in the government of the lower world, and the affairs of it. When God is leaving a people in displeasure, angels above, and all events below further his departure. The Spirit of life, the Spirit of God, direct all creatures, in heaven and on earth, so as to make them serve the Divine purpose. God removes by degrees from a provoking people; and when ready to depart, would return to them, if they were a repenting praying people. Let this warn sinners to seek the Lord while he may be found, and to call on him while he is near, and cause us all to wal humbly and watchfully with our God __________________________________________________________________
