Clarke's Bible Commentary - Ezekiel 41:25 Verse 25. There were thick planks] The wood, or planks, were thick and strong; for the cherubim and palm trees were carved in relief out of their substance, and unless they had been of considerable thickness, this could not have been done.

After the prophet had observed the courts, he was brought to the temple. If we attend to instructions in the plainer parts of religion and profit by them, we shall be led further into an acquaintance with the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven __________________________________________________________________
