For it is in reference to them that the prophet says: “And those that are left shall multiply upon the earth,” And Jeremiah4770 4770 Anf-01 ix.vii.xvi Pg 6 Isa. lxv. 22. ), He is shown to be the only God who accomplishes these things, and as Himself the good Father, benevolently conferring life upon those who have not life from themselves.
