Douay Rheims Bible But he that did not lie in wait for him, but God delivered him into his hands: I will appoint thee a place to which he must flee.
King James Bible - Exodus 21:13 And if a man lie not in wait, but God deliver him into his hand; then I will appoint thee a place whither he shall flee.

These things, then, were given for a sign; but the signs were not unsymbolical, that is, neither unmeaning nor to no purpose, inasmuch as they were given by a wise Artist; but the circumcision after the flesh typified that after the Spirit.
