Early Christian Commentary - (A.D. 100 - A.D. 325) Anf-03 iv.ix.xiii Pg 56 See Isa. ii. 20. —that is, ever since we Gentiles, with our breast doubly enlightened through Christ’s truth, cast forth (let the Jews see it) our idols,—what follows has likewise been fulfilled. For “the Lord of Sabaoth hath taken away, among the Jews from Jerusalem,” among the other things named, “the wise architect” too,1433 1433
