SEV Biblia, Chapter 15:16
Y el hombre, cuando de él saliere derramamiento de simiente, lavará en agua toda su carne, y será inmundo hasta la tarde.
John Gill's Bible Commentary
Ver. 16. And if any man’s seed of copulation go out from him , etc.] Not in lawful cohabitation, nor voluntarily, but involuntarily, as Aben Ezra observes; not through any disorder, which came by an accident, or in any criminal way, but through a dream, or any lustful imagination; what is commonly called nocturnal pollution f528 ; then he shall wash all his flesh in water, and be unclean until the even ; and so the Egyptian priests, when it happened that they were defiled by a dream, they immediately purified themselves in a laver so the Jewish priests did when the like happened to them asleep in the temple f530 ; (see Deuteronomy 23:10,11).
Matthew Henry Commentary
Laws concerning ceremonial uncleanness. --We need not be curious in explaining these laws; but have reason to be thankful that we need fear no defilement, except that of sin, no need ceremonial and burdensome purifications. These laws remind us tha God sees all things, even those which escape the notice of men. The great gospel duties of faith and repentance are here signified, and the great gospel privileges of the application of Christ's blood to ou souls for our justification, and his grace for our sanctification __________________________________________________________________
