His ways are always grievous; thy judgments are far above out of his sight: as for all his enemies, he puffeth at them.
World English BibleHis ways are prosperous at all times. He is haughty, and your laws are far from his sight. As for all his adversaries, he sneers at them.
Douay-Rheims - Psalms 10:5 God is not before his eyes: his ways are filthy at all times. Thy judgments are removed from his sight: he shall rule over all his enemies.
Webster's Bible Translation His ways are always grievous; thy judgments are far above out of his sight: as for all his enemies, he puffeth at them.

SEV Biblia, Chapter 10:5 Sus caminos atormentan en todo tiempo; tus juicios son altura delante de él; echa bocanadas en orden a todos sus enemigos.
Clarke's Bible Commentary - Psalms 9:6 Verse 6. Destructions are come to a perpetual end ] Rather, "The enemy is desolated for ever; for thou hast destroyed their cities, and their memory is perished with them." Multitudes of the cities of the Canaanites have perished so utterly that neither name nor vestige remains of them.
Matthew Henry Commentary Verses 1-11 - God's withdrawings are very grievous to his people, especially in time of trouble. We stand afar off from God by our unbelief, and the complain that God stands afar off from us. Passionate words against ba men do more hurt than good; if we speak of their badness, let it be to the Lord in prayer; he can make them better. The sinner proudly glorie in his power and success. Wicked people will not seek after God, tha is, will not call upon him. They live without prayer, and that is living without God. They have many thoughts, many objects and devices but think not of the Lord in any of them; they have no submission to his will, nor aim for his glory. The cause of this is pride. Men thin it below them to be religious. They could not break all the laws of justice and goodness toward man, if they had not first shaken off all sense of religion.
