SEV Biblia, Chapter 14:8

Entonces el rey dijo a la mujer: Vete a tu casa, que yo mandaré acerca de ti.

Clarke's Bible Commentary - 2 Samuel 14:8

Verse 8. I will give charge concerning thee.] This would not do, it was too distant; and she could not by it bring her business to a conclusion: so she proceeds:-

John Gill's Bible Commentary

Ver. 8. And the king said to the
woman, go to thine house , etc.] Go home and make thyself easy: and I will give charge concerning thee ; intimating that he would inquire into her case; and if it was as she had represented it, he would give orders that she should not be disturbed, or be obliged to deliver up her son, and that he should be safe from those that sought his life.

Matthew Henry Commentary

Verses 1-20 - We may notice here, how this
widow pleads God's mercy, and his clemenc toward poor guilty sinners. The state of sinners is a state of banishment from God. God pardons none to the dishonour of his law an justice, nor any who are impenitent; nor to the encouragement of crimes, or the hurt of others.
