Clarke's Bible Commentary - Job 22:15

Verse 15. Hast thou marked the old way ] This is supposed to be another accusation; as i! he had said, "Thou hollowest the same way that the wicked of old have walked in." Here is an evident allusion to the FLOOD, as is particularly noted in the next verse.

Matthew Henry Commentary

Verses 15-20 - Eliphaz would have Job mark the old way that wicked men have trodden and see what the end of their way was. It is good for us to mark it that we may not walk therein. But if others are consumed, and we ar not, instead of blaming them, and lifting up ourselves, as Eliphaz doe here, we ought to be thankful to God, and take it for a warning.
