SEV Biblia, Chapter 26:11

Entonces Abimelec mandó a todo el pueblo, diciendo: El que tocare a este hombre o a su mujer, de cierto morirá.

Clarke's Bible Commentary - Genesis 26:11

Verse 11. He that toucheth] He who
injures Isaac or defiles Rebekah shall certainly die for it. Death was the punishment for adultery among the Canaanites, Philistines, and Hebrews. See chap. xxxviii. 24.

Matthew Henry Commentary

Verses 6-11 - There is nothing in
Isaac's denial of his wife to be imitated, nor eve excused. The temptation of Isaac is the same as that which overcame his father, and that in two instances. This rendered his conduct the greater sin. The falls of those who are gone before us are so man rocks on which others have split; and the recording of them is lik placing buoys to save future mariners. This Abimelech was not the sam that lived in Abraham's days, but both acted rightly. The sins of professors shame them before those that are not themselves religious.
