SEV Biblia, Chapter 9:5
Y todos los que no os recibieren, salindoos de aquella ciudad, aun el polvo sacudid de vuestros pies en testimonio contra ellos.
John Gill's Bible Commentary
Ver. 5. And whosoever will not receive you , etc.] Unto their houses: when ye go out of the city ; where lodging and entertainment are refused you; shake off the very dust from your feet, for a testimony against them ; (See Gill on Matthew 10:14) (See Gill on Mark 6:11) Ver. 6. And they departed , etc.] That is, the apostles, as the Syriac and Persic versions express it: they went from Christ, and the place where he was, from Capernaum, at least from some place in Galilee: and went through the towns ; the Syriac, Persic, and Ethiopic versions add, and cities; that is, of Judea, as well as Galilee, even the whole land of Israel: preaching the Gospel ; which explains what is meant by the kingdom of God, ( Luke 9:2) and healing everywhere; all sorts of bodily diseases, wherever they came.
Matthew Henry Commentary
Verses 1-9 - Christ sent his twelve disciples abroad, who by this time were able to teach others what they had received from the Lord. They must not be anxious to commend themselves to people's esteem by outward appearance They must go as they were. The Lord Jesus is the fountain of power an authority, to whom all creatures must, in one way or another, be subject; and if he goes with the word of his ministers in power, to deliver sinners from Satan's bondage, they may be sure that he wil care for their wants. When truth and love thus go together, and yet the message of God is rejected and despised, it leaves men without excuse and turns to a testimony against them. Herod's guilty conscience wa ready to conclude that John was risen from the dead. He desired to se Jesus; and why did he not go and see him? Probably, because he though it below him, or because he wished not to have any more reprovers of sin. Delaying it now, his heart was hardened, and when he did se Jesus, he was as much prejudiced against him as others, Lu 23:11.

9:5 {As many as receive you not} (hosoi an me decwntai humas). Indefinite relative plural with an and present middle subjunctive and the negative me. Here #Mt 10:14 has the singular (whosoever) and #Mr 6:11 has "whatever place." {For a testimony against them} (eis marturion ep' autous). Note use of ep' autous where #Mr 6:11 has simply the dative autois (disadvantage), really the same idea.
